Kia Ora Whānau

My name is Suzy Taylor from Rotorua. I cover most of the Bay of Plenty region including Taupō, Tūrangi, and Rotorua. I am happy to meet kanohi ki te kanohi (face to face) in my region and happy to kōrero (talk) over zoom or the phone for other rohe (regions). I whakapapa back to my Whakatōhea Iwi on the East Coast in Ōpōtiki on my mother’s side and my father is a born and bred Londoner from the UK. I am a qualified Counsellor and have lived experience of suicide loss which spans across 25 years. The most significant is the loss of my daughter in 2016 which draws me to this much needed mahi (work) so I can awhi (support) whānau in their journey through grief.
